Building Employee Engagement Can Be Fun

Creating a Price is Right throwback to explain what an insurance company does was just as fun as it sounds.

Veterans United Insurance needed help creating a comprehensive internal campaign to educate their parent company Veterans United (a home loan company), on exactly what it is they do, how they can support current VU clients, and what they can do for their employees. 


We know that keeping employees engaged isn’t easy. There are a multitude of reasons why employees lose their connection to organizations. Which is why we approach internal branding strategies in a way that engages employees and combats the many hurdles organizations are facing. We do this through our Employer Brand, which is centered around designing an employee experience built to engage your team.

In this specific scenario for VUI, the concept we created had the energy and charisma of a Price is Right host exclaiming, “Come On Down!”

The visuals and copy nod to a legacy of timeless games and programs that created engagement with employees. By creating an interactive game week, employees were excited to learn more about what VUI has to offer in a way they could remember and use to upsell clients on the home-buying side of the business. 

With custom desk-drop swag packages and epic prizes like a vacation for two, or free car insurance for a year, we mixed in-person interactive elements, like a giant spin wheel, with digital components to inform and educate employees.

Our ‘Life’s a Game’ concept had employees passing go and collecting $200.
