Branding is our first love, but workplace culture is a close second. We’re so passionate about modern workplace dynamics that we launched Profresh Podcast to talk about ‘em. And naturally, the main topic of conversation is what life at Hoot is really like.
Just like our own workplace, Profresh has evolved over the years. But our main objective has remained consistent: to have honest conversations about what you’ve always thought about work...just never said out loud.

As if Kristen Brown doesn’t have enough on her plate (she’s Hoot’s owner, founder, and creative director and a mom of three) she’s the voice of Profresh Podcast, too.
KGB has always been ambitious. She did transform her side hustle into an award-winning creative branding agency after all. Most people would be content with the success she’s enjoyed, but not Kristen. She has a new goal: to make Hoot the choice employer for female creatives in Missouri. And she knows the only way to get there is to create a kick-ass culture.
In each Profresh episode, Kristen sits down to talk about work, life and everything in between. And in true Hoot fashion, each episode is vulnerable and real.
