Creating Connection in a Virtual First Workplace

The Dropbox Talent Brand Team came to us looking for help building out their internal brand experiences and touchpoints to better recruit and connect with their ideal employee.

Dropbox embodies a virtual first mindset that allows their employees the freedom to work from anywhere, and what we’ve learned from remote working environments is that it’s crucial to prioritize in-person connection.

We came alongside the incredible team at Dropbox to help them tell their unique story by capturing content that authentically reflects what life inside Dropbox is like.

Photography

We captured images of Dropboxers in their Seattle Studio during an off-site event–their version of in-person team bonding–to use in internal communications and recruitment efforts.

Instagram Reels

We created engaging and interactive reels that educate others about the Dropbox virtual first mindset and generate camaraderie among employees for the @lifeinsidedropbox Instagram account.

Talent Community Sub-Brand

We created a brand for the Talent Community sub-brand within Dropbox. This brand enables the Talent Brand Team to create brand consistency and nurture work for this facet of Dropbox.

We specialize in creating employer brands, and employee campaigns and experiences for teams with 500-5,000 employees. Some call this B2E, and it’s more critical than ever before.
