Missouri Employers Mutual

Creating an Internal Employee Incentive Campaign for a Large Insurance Company

Missouri Employers Mutual is more than an insurer – they’re a workers compensation partner.

And we embodied their ethos to create a campaign that reflects who they are.

A campaign that incentivizes.

MEM came to us needing an internal incentive campaign for agents. Based on the number of policies submitted throughout the campaign, they would be eligible to win high-ticket items.

The workers' comp space has become extremely competitive and they needed a way to get their agents excited and remind them about why they come to work every day.

The goals of the campaign were clear: 1. Get the agents excited and engaged 2. Motivate them to take action 3. Close business.

Welcome to Camp Wanagetakwote!

With clear goals, our team moved into the conceptualization stage. Evoking scout energy, Camp Wanagetakwote became the foundation for the competition. Employees would win achievement badges that represented the milestones they hit that week. A leaderboard kept progress public and the competitive spirit alive.

Work hard, play hard.

Postcards, badges, and pennants, oh my! Hoot played an integral role in the rollout of the campaign as we put together on-brand deliverables.

To keep employees engaged, you have to play the part. Email and social media templates immersed the agents in a world of camp scouts, honor badges, and victory flags. With prize tiers that push to sell, agents had an active stake in the campaign, encouraging long-term engagement and reinforcing the idea that work and fun can coexist.

If you’re looking to engage your team and increase productivity, we can help you build an internal campaign that sells. Scout’s honor! Schedule a consultation today.
