EquipmentShare Wellness Program
Developing and Branding a Holistic Employee Wellness Initiative
EquipmentShare is a company that understands that they will have a stronger workforce if they have a “well workforce.” While they are a “people first” employer and were already prioritizing employee mental health and wellness initiatives, they were ready to take it to the next level and launch an internal wellness program that promoted company-wide participation.
Recent research from a mental health study showed that companies who support staff well-being, “reap the benefits through enhanced morale, loyalty, commitment, innovation, productivity and profitability. Open and supportive workplaces benefit everyone—employees, employers and the bottom line.”
We created two brand concepts and messaging around their goals that would reach the EquipmentShare home office, branch employees, and remote workers.
To get attention, we knew this program had to be strategic and educational while staying true to the authenticity of the EquipmentShare brand.
We collaborated with Ninety9 Equity to build out the tenants of the wellness program. We then translated that to meaningful depth behind each concept.
With two different visual directions to choose from, the heartbeat of this campaign tapped into the strong message that when a whole person shows up to work every day, the entire workforce benefits.
