Unearthing the Heart of Windsor
We sat with the Windsor Street Montessori team through our Brand Being process, peeling back layers of their identity, uncovering the deeply held beliefs and values that made them who they were.
Through these conversations, we discovered a school built on three powerful values: resilience, worthiness, and connection. We heard stories of children learning to embrace challenges, of tiny hands planting seeds and nurturing them into flourishing gardens, of meals shared that became gateways to understanding different cultures.
As we listened, a vision began to take shape: "To create a world where children are empowered to care for themselves, enabling them to care for others." It became the rallying cry that guided everything Windsor Street Montessori did.
Crafting a Brave Identity
With this newfound clarity, we translated Windsor's essence into a vibrant, living brand personality. Their brand tension point, "Brave Playfulness" captures their unique spirit—a perfect blend of fearless innovation and the joyful exuberance of childhood.
This spirit came to life in every aspect of their new brand identity. Bold, playful colors dance across their website. Powerful, hopeful messages speak directly to parents seeking more than just education for their children—they speak to families looking for a community that nurtures their little ones' hearts and souls.
We created a social media campaign that didn't just tell people about Windsor Street Montessori—it invited them to be part of their story.
The impact of this work was nothing short of transformative. Windsor Street experienced XX% growth in five months (only two months post launch).
