Whitney Wolfe Herd is the founder and CEO of Bumble — and the world's youngest self-made female billionaire. Her entire company is built to empower women, and it’s a business model that paid off big time. Whitney is proof that female entrepreneurs are a force to be reckoned with, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for her and her company.

Oui the People

Karen Young founded OUI the People, a beauty brand that is adverses to perfecting, flawless, and anti-aging claims. Instead, OUI the People makes its customers feel confident in its own skin. Not only does Karen have a revolutionary view of beauty, but she also has a deep understanding of brand. In her own words, “Brands inform culture and language, as beauty has done for decades.” She’s our kind of person.

Red Antler

Emily Heyward co-founded Red Antler, the branding agency that this branding agency admires most. She’s bringing a women’s perspective to brands like Allbirds and Casper, she’s leading a future-thinking workspace, and she’s even finding time to write about it all. UNWRP

In 2017, Ashley L. Fouyolle founded UNWRP, a luxury gift wrap company, out of her Brooklyn bedroom. Ashley uses UNWRP to empower a diverse community of artists, and every UNWRP product is sustainably sourced. Ashley has built a successful ecommerce brand in under five years, and we love that design is at the center of it all.

Outdoor Voices

Tyler Haney founded Outdoor Voices, the now-famous active lifestyle brand, at just 25 years old. Tyler created a fashion-forward brand that encourages #DoingThings and generating endorphins. Her vision for Outdoor Voices is one of inclusivity and confidence, which is a good way to do things.
