Our work with the Missouri Restaurant Association had barely begun when COVID-19 rocked the industry to its core. Within days, Hoot pivoted all planned work for the association and began collaborating on the following efforts:
Marketing a $1,231,500 grant funded by the Independent Restaurant Relief Fund, supported by the Kemper Family Foundation
Processing 2,799 grant applications in under 48 days
Building a campaign to market carry out vs. in-person dining
Building and distributing a toolkit to all restaurant members to navigate the pandemic
Building a recruitment and awareness campaign for the association
Auditing website application funnel and sales process
These efforts resulted in over 170 earned media mentions
Our emotional video campaign reminding people of what MRA accomplished during COVID, garnered impressive attention and a 60% view rate, organically.
