WHAT IS CHIRP?

Most conversations stay safe.

We ask "How are you?" and accept "fine" as an answer. We talk about the weather, the weekend, the latest industry trend. We leave feeling exactly the same as when we arrived.

Chirp Sessions exist because we're starving for something deeper.

These are intimate, invitation-only gatherings where we tackle the questions that keep you up at night. The ones you can't ask in a work meeting. The ones that don't have clean answers. The questions that challenge, stretch, maybe even make you uncomfortable—but in a way that makes you better.

We talk about things like:

  • The loneliness of leadership and who you turn to when you can't show weakness

  • The tension between ambition and balance (and whether having both is a myth)

  • Money—how to talk about it, build it, and not feel guilty about wanting it

  • What it costs to be culture-driven in a profit-obsessed world

  • How to ask for help when you're supposed to be the one with answers

These sessions are intimate because they have to be.

Real dialogue requires a small, intentional group where everyone's voice matters and everyone's willing to go deep.

Chirp is not a place to perform.

It's a place to be honest. To sit with complexity instead of rushing to solutions. To admit you don’t have it all figured out.

Here's How Chirp Works

1. You're Invited

Chirp is by invitation only. We curate each group intentionally based on the topic and who we think will bring valuable perspective.

2. We Gather

Each session is hosted at The Birdhouse with food and drinks. The vibe is intimate, not corporate.

3. We Talk

A facilitator guides the conversation, but this isn't a lecture. Everyone participates. Everyone's heard. We go deep, not wide.

Topics We Explore

Every Chirp Session tackles a different question.
Here are some we've covered (or plan to):

  • The loneliness of leadership

  • The maternity leave reality

  • Building a business that doesn't drain you

  • Ambition vs. balance (and whether you can have both)

  • The Sunday scaries are back

  • Parenting while building

  • The hobby that saves you

  • Building wealth without apology

  • The cost of being culture-driven
