At Hoot Design Company, we believe in the power of working together while respecting individual needs. That's why we're implementing Core Collaboration Hours (CCH) to strike a balance between teamwork and flexibility.
Our CCH are: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
During these hours, we expect all team members to be available and responsive. This shared time allows us to:

Outside of CCH, you have the flexibility to structure your workday in a way that best suits your productivity and personal needs. This approach allows us to maintain our culture-driven ethos while adapting to the evolving nature of work.
