Turning a Brand-New Startup Program Into a Well-Known Community Staple

HDC-2008G_BCECC_CaseStudy-01.png

The Boone County Early Childhood Coalition (BCECC) supports parents and children through federally funded emotional wellness programs. BCECC offers accessible, life-changing resources to parents with young children, and its goal is to connect with as many regional families as possible.

Prior to working with us, BCECC had an expert product but no brand. Our challenge: turn a brand-new startup program into a well-known community staple.

Getting it right from the start.

We were involved with the visual brand, website build, and messaging from the beginning, which ensured BCECC’s campaign was consistent with the overall brand. In the world of nonprofit marketing, consistency is key.

The campaign, which included video, original photography, and digital promotion, transformed BCECC’s connection with the community — exactly what the BCECC team was looking for.

Parenting in the digital age.

To keep parents coming back to BCECC long after the campaign launched, we created  a ‘Dear Catherine’ form that allows parents to communicate directly with a BCECC expert. It also provides real-life content for the BCECC team to use in its marketing and educational materials.
